Curbside Pickup Service

We offer our curbside pickup service Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm and Friday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. This is a great service for folks who want to pick up library items but are not able to get out of their vehicle.

Here’s how to use our curbside pickup service:

• Library items may be reserved for pick-up 3 different ways:
  • Call the Information Desk at 585-872-7075, select option 3, and speak with a staff member to reserve items. Staff will let you know when you can pick up the items.
  • Email the Information Desk at webster.reference@libraryweb.org with a list of items you wish to reserve. Staff will let you know when you can pick up the items.
  • Go to our online catalog and reserve items. You will receive a text message or email notification when your items are ready for pick up.
• When you arrive at the library, park in one of our “curbside pickup” spots, located next to the front door and marked with signs. Please be aware this is a one-way lane.
• Once you are parked, call the phone number posted on the sign and tell staff your library card number. Your items will be checked out to your account and brought to your car. Please alert us if you have tested positive for COVID so we may place the items in your trunk.
